Questions about customer profiles
What is a customer profile?
The customer account, (site address), is a secure space on the ITB broker website that provides access to all the main functions of the account. Once you have registered a customer profile, you can open your customer account, make deposits and withdrawals, or make transfers between your trading accounts. Also, you can use the trading terminal to trade, view your personal information, change your password and leverage, access your trading accounts, or other non-transactional activities related to managing your account or personal data.
How to create a customer profile?
You can create a user profile through this link (registration link) and click on "Register". In order to enter your user profile, you must enter your email address or phone number and password in the login page.
How to verify your email?
You will receive an email with an activation code. Enter the code in the related field. If you did not receive the confirmation code, please contact our support team through live chat or other communication methods.
How to open a trading account?
An ECN trading account which is suitable for Metatrader 5 and ITB trading terminal will be automatically created in the client's profile after registration. If you have not registered on our website yet, please register before opening an account. If you want to open another type of trading account or need another account, click on "Open Account" in "MetaTrader" and then select your platform, account type, currency, and leverage.
How does an IB link work?
