In the 4-hour chart of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the price has entered a broad demand zone (marked in blue) after a sustained bearish movement. This zone acts as a major support block, and the initial reaction shows that buying pressure is still present. The candle structure suggests an attempt by buyers to form higher lows; however, there is still no clear confirmation of a trend reversal. Therefore, the market currently appears to be building liquidity and forming internal range behavior within this support zone.

If this demand area continues to hold in Dowjones Chart, the price is expected to make a corrective move upward to target the liquidity resting above recent local highs. This potential bullish move may push the market toward the highlighted red area, which represents a Bearish Fair Value Gap (FVG). This zone is an important structural resistance created during the previous decline and is likely to serve as the first significant point of reaction from sellers. Since the FVG overlaps with a supply region, it becomes an ideal area for redistributing sell-side orders.

A probable scenario is that after gathering liquidity above nearby highs, the price enters the FVG, faces selling pressure, and returns to the blue support region. If this support zone is tested for the second or third time and the internal structure weakens, a breakdown becomes increasingly likely, potentially extending the downward trend. Conversely, if buyers manage to break through the FVG with strong momentum, the market structure may shift—though there is currently no evidence of such a transition.

Overall, as long as the price remains below the FVG, the broader market structure remains bearish, and any upward movement should be viewed as a corrective leg aimed at liquidity collection. Traders should closely monitor price action within the red zone, as the reaction there will determine the market’s next major direction.
